Making a purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse in our online catalogue and when you have made your selections, click on any item you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on checkout and you will be forwarded to Paypal, to input your details to complete your order. Orders are not considered accepted by Nutz About Netball until the order has been confirmed and the goods dispatched by Nutz About Netball or their agents. Placing an order signifies acceptance of Nutz About Netball's terms and conditions. Any transactions based on computer code other than source code written by Nutz About Netball or their agents will be void. Any attempted fraud (including by the altering of code) will be reported to the Police.

What is Paypal?

Paypal enables any business or consumer with an email address to securely send and receive payments online. We accept the following credit/debit cards: - Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Delta and Solo. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax or over the internet, through Paypal's secure site. Alternatively you can print off an order form and send a cheque through the post, made payable to Nutz About Netball. Goods will be released after the cheque has cleared, normally 5 working days. All goods remain the property of Nutz About Netball until payment is received in full.

Security

If goods are purchased online through Paypal, we do not receive any credit card details. These are only held on your Paypal account.

Shipping and Handling

All items dispatched by second class post or courier service at our discretion. For orders up to £24.99, delivery is charged at £3.00. Orders £25.00 and over are charged at £5.50. These prices apply to mainland UK only. Other customers, please email for a quotation. Nutz About Netball MUST be informed of any order errors within seven days. 

Delivery schedule

Please allow a minimum 14 working days for delivery from time of order. If the item is in stock, we will try to dispatch within 24hours. Made to order products will take longer but we will notify you on an estimated delivery date. If goods are needed urgently, please call 01903 690665 or email, to see if we able to fulfil for requirements. Evidence of posting fulfils our obligation to deliver.

You have the right to cancel your order within seven working days of delivery (starting the day after you receive the goods) and return them for a full refund of cost of goods. We are unable to exchange or refund money on garments made to order unless faulty.
Should you cancel the contract we will then refund you the price you have paid for the goods. It is your responsibility to give notice of your wish to cancel within this cancellation period by email or letter. You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods. The goods must be returned in saleable condition at your expense and we would recommend for your own protection that you use a recorded delivery service. There will be no further charge for an exchange unless there is a difference in price in the items being exchanged.

Back orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. We will notify you of the expected delivery date, in the event that this is unacceptable, we will cancel your order and refund your money.

We reserve the right to change our prices without notice. Goods will be charged at the price current on receipt of order. Where applicable our prices include vat at the current rate.

Guarantee
All products come with a full manufacturer's warranty. If an item you receive, you feel is faulty, please notify us and return the item as instructed. If after inspection, Nutz About Netball agrees with your complaint, we will replace your goods or arrange a refund.
